By downloading, installing, or using the Fittoor mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. About the App

Fittoor is a food and nutrition tracking app designed to help users in India build healthier eating habits. The App provides:

• ▸Calorie and macro tracking for Indian and international foods.
• ▸BMI calculation and personalised diet insights.
• ▸Meal logging and daily nutritional summaries.
• ▸Food awareness content and healthy eating guidance.
• ▸Progress tracking and goal-setting tools.

3. Eligibility

To use the App, you must:

• ▸Be at least 13 years of age.
• ▸Provide accurate information during registration.
• ▸Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

4. User Account

When you create an account on Fittoor:

• ▸You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• ▸You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
• ▸You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• ▸You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used for fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful purposes.

5. Health & Medical Disclaimer

You should:

• ▸Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making significant changes to your diet.
• ▸Not rely solely on the App for medical decisions.
• ▸Inform your doctor or dietitian about any new diet or fitness programme.

Fittoor shall not be liable for any health outcomes resulting from reliance on information provided within the App.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the App to:

• ▸Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• ▸Transmit spam, malware, or harmful code.
• ▸Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.
• ▸Collect or harvest user data without permission.
• ▸Post false, misleading, or offensive content.
• ▸Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App.

7. Intellectual Property

All content within the App — including but not limited to logos, designs, text, graphics, and code — is the exclusive property of Fittoor / Abhilasha Yagyaseni and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

• ▸You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
• ▸The Fittoor name and logo are trademarks and may not be used without permission.
• ▸User-generated content remains yours, but you grant Fittoor a non-exclusive licence to use it for service improvement.

8. Data & Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Nutritional Information Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date nutritional data:

• ▸Nutritional values in the App are sourced from publicly available databases and may vary from actual food products.
• ▸Home-cooked meals may have varying nutritional content based on ingredients and preparation.
• ▸Calorie counts are estimates and should be used as a general guide only.

Fittoor does not guarantee the absolute accuracy of any nutritional information and is not liable for discrepancies.

10. In-App Content & Updates

We reserve the right to:

• ▸Modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the App at any time.
• ▸Update the App content, food database, or algorithms without prior notice.
• ▸Push mandatory updates to maintain performance and security.

We are not liable for any inconvenience caused by service interruptions or feature changes.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fittoor and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• ▸Use or inability to use the App.
• ▸Reliance on any information provided in the App.
• ▸Unauthorised access to or alteration of your data.
• ▸Any bugs, viruses, or errors in the App.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, if:

• ▸You breach any provision of these Terms.
• ▸We are required to do so by law.
• ▸Your account is found to be used for harmful or illegal activity.

You may also terminate your account at any time by uninstalling the App and contacting us for data deletion.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be posted within the App with a revised effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
